Well Little Bro - its all sort of becoming real for me, the nearer we get to Wednesday. I never thought it would be me having to say goodbye to you. We had some fun times as kids, usually doing something we shouldn't be! We had our ups and downs over our adults years, but we knew the other was there if we needed to reach out, which we did. You really really didn't deserve this. You kicked cancers ass once, and so wish you could have had the chance to do it again. You were so brave, much braver than I could have ever been.
